I created Restore Mental Health to provide the kind of psychiatric care that many patients are seeking—care that takes time to understand the individual and considers the many factors that influence our emotional wellbeing. My goal is to go beyond symptom relief and to achieve long-term wellness.

My recommendations are guided by clinical evidence, your individual circumstances, and the likelihood that a test or intervention will meaningfully improve your health. Whenever possible, I emphasize practical, cost-effective approaches and recommend out-of-pocket testing or treatments only when they are likely to provide meaningful value.
